GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions have been created based on the specific needs and nature of the Prangli Kodumajutus website (Prangli Kodumajutus OÜ, reg. no. 16516958, VAT no. EE102505814), hereinafter referred to as "the Website" or "Accommodation", and govern the use of the services provided through the Website.

These terms form a binding agreement between the Website owner and users, outlining the conditions of service. By accessing or using the Website, making a reservation via email, or placing an order by phone, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

To use the Website, you must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal authority and right to enter into a binding agreement under these terms. Use of the Website and/or services is not permitted where prohibited by applicable law or regulations in your country.
 

By purchasing goods/services, you agree that:

  1. You are responsible for reviewing the product/service description before committing to purchase.

  2. You enter into a legally binding contract when you purchase a product/service and complete the payment process (including cash payments).

  3. You acknowledge and accept full personal responsibility for your use of the services.

SALES AND BOOKING TERMS

The Website and online store (also referred to as "e-store") is owned by Prangli Kodumajutus OÜ, reg. no. 16516958, VAT no. EE102505814, registered address: Otsatoa, Idaotsa village, Viimsi parish, Harju County, 74005, Estonia.
 

VALIDITY OF SALES CONTRACT, PRODUCT AND PRICE INFORMATION

1. These sales terms apply to purchases and bookings made on the Website.

2. Prices for products and services are displayed alongside their respective descriptions.

3. If delivery fees apply, these will be indicated alongside the relevant product. All prices are in euros and exclude VAT. The seller reserves the right to change prices and make special offers.

4. Product and service information is provided directly next to each item on the Website.

5. If a booked service cannot be provided, the customer will be offered an alternative date or a full refund within 14 days of the booking.

 

 

ACCOMMODATION BOOKING TERMS

Booking

To confirm your reservation, a 100% advance payment is required. Once the payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent.

 

Cancellations and Changes

If you cancel at least 7 days before your arrival, the advance payment will be fully refunded.

If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival or fail to show up, the advance payment will not be refunded. In such cases, we offer the option to reschedule your stay.

 

Booking dates can be changed based on availability and mutual agreement.

 

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 15:00

Check-out: by 12:00
If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, please let us know in advance — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.


Additional Note on Ferry Tickets

Before booking accommodation, please check the availability of FERRY TICKETS. We strongly recommend purchasing ferry tickets immediately after confirming your accommodation booking.
We do not take responsibility or offer cancellations/refunds if you are unable to get ferry tickets for your stay dates.

Additional Info

Please provide your contact details (name, phone, and email) when making a reservation so we can send you directions and information.
We are a small family-run guesthouse, and every booking matters to us — thank you for your understanding!

 

HOW TO BOOK ACCOMMODATION ONLINE

1. Choose your preferred dates in the booking system and click check availability. Based on availability, select your preferred cabin and click "Add" and "Add cabin house, confirm selection by clicking "Next".

2. In the next step, you can add Extras (additional services) by clicking “Add to Room”, or skip and click “Next” if no extras are needed.

3. Fill in all required fields and click “Proceed to Checkout” to complete your booking. You will then be redirected to the payment page. Payments can be made via credit/debit card (Stripe) or Estonian bank links (MakeCommerce).

4. After payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

5. Please ensure all order details are correct before submitting.

6. The seller is not responsible for booking failures due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. If your reservation cannot be fulfilled (e.g., due to a technical error or overbooking), an alternative time will be offered, or a refund issued within 14 days.

 

 

PAYMENT METHODS

​Gift Card

If you have a digital gift card from our e-store, you can use it as a payment method until the balance runs out. Enter the unique code from the gift card email at checkout.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.


Estonian Bank Payments via MakeCommerce, Credit/ Debit Card Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay

Supported banks: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Pocopay, Revolut, N26.

Buy Now, Pay Later options: Inbank’s "Pay in 3 parts", Pay next month, Inbank installment plan.
You can pay with credit or debit card using your card number, name, and security code.

 

Note: When paying via bank link, be sure to click "Return to Merchant" after completing your payment.

All payments are processed in secure environments outside the Website. Prangli Kodumajutus OÜ is the data controller and transfers necessary data to Maksekeskus AS for payment processing.


 

LIABILITY

1. Both the seller and the customer are liable for any damage caused to the other party by breaching these terms, in accordance with Estonian law.

2. The seller's liability is limited to the value of the product or reservation.

3. The customer agrees to use the e-store services only for lawful purposes and in good faith.


 

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. By registering or making a purchase, the customer agrees to these terms and commits to following them.

2. The sales contract is valid once payment has been received by the seller.

3. The seller may change the terms and prices without prior notice. Changes will be published on the Website. The terms and prices in effect at the time of the transaction apply.

4. The seller reserves the right to cancel any order or reservation if the displayed price was incorrect due to a technical error.

MARKETING AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

a. The Website uses your personal data solely to process orders and deliver goods/services. Your data may be shared with delivery service providers as needed.
b. Marketing emails and offers are sent only with the buyer's consent.
c. You can manage your notification preferences under your profile.
d. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time by following the instructions in the email or notifying us directly.

 

 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you have complaints regarding the e-store, please email us at pranglikodumajutus@gmail.com.

If the buyer and the e-store cannot resolve the issue, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. Dispute resolution is free of charge.
Buyers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
